By downloading, accessing, or using the Glwup AI mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Glwup AI is an AI-powered photo generation service. Users upload selfies which are used to train a personal AI model, enabling the generation of stylized photos and portraits. The service is available through our iOS mobile application.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use Glwup AI. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
You retain full ownership of all photos you upload to Glwup AI. By uploading photos, you grant Glwup AI a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and use your photos solely for the purpose of training your personal AI model and generating images on your behalf.
This license exists only for the duration of your account. When you delete your account, all uploaded photos and associated data are permanently removed from our servers.
You agree not to use Glwup AI to:
AI-generated images created through your use of Glwup AI belong to you. You are free to use, share, and distribute your generated images as you see fit, subject to applicable laws.
The Glwup AI name, logo, branding, and any watermarks applied to images remain the exclusive property of Glow Up AI Ltd.
Glwup AI offers subscription plans that provide access to premium features and generation capabilities. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (weekly or annually) and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
All subscriptions are managed and processed through the Apple App Store. Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's App Store refund policies.
Glwup AI reserves the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be inappropriate, harmful, or otherwise objectionable.
Glwup AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI-generated results may vary in quality, accuracy, and likeness.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Glow Up AI Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the Profile tab in the App. Glow Up AI Ltd. may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for conduct that violates these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the App or via your account email.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising shall be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
