Your photos are uploaded to our secure cloud infrastructure (AWS S3) for AI model training and image generation. Photos are processed through our AI providers solely to deliver the service to you. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encrypted storage, secure data transmission, and access controls. While no system is perfectly secure, we take reasonable steps to safeguard your personal information.
Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Generated images are stored until you choose to delete them. If you request account deletion, all associated data — including uploaded photos, generated images, and account information — will be permanently removed from our systems.
You can request complete deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at contact@glwupai.com. Upon receiving your request, we will permanently delete all of your personal data, uploaded photos, generated images, and AI model data from our systems.
Glwup is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.
